Refund policy

At BUNKHAUS, we gladly accept returns on any purchase within 14 days of delivery. To begin a return, simply contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return. All items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and with any original tags or packaging intact.

Customers are responsible for arranging and covering the return shipping costs; we recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your package reaches us safely. There are no restocking fees. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method.
