Local Delivery, In-Store Pickup, and Shipping

BUNKHAUS currently offers shipping, local delivery, and in-store pickup. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You’ll receive an email confirmation after checkout and a second notification when your order is ready for pickup or out for delivery.

In-Store Pickup
Pickup is free at our downtown Juneau location. Select “Local Pickup” at checkout, and we’ll notify you when your order is ready, typically same day if ordered before noon.

Local Delivery
Enjoy easy local delivery within the Juneau area. Delivery is available for most products and typically fulfilled same day if ordered before noon.

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@bunkhaus.com within seven days of the expected delivery date. We’ll resolve the issue promptly.

Shipping

We ship all orders directly from Juneau, Alaska. Because of our location, shipping costs can vary more than they do in the Lower 48, even for similarly sized packages. Rates are calculated at checkout based on package size, weight, and destination.

To help smooth out these fluctuations and ensure your order is packed carefully and shipped promptly, all orders include a $5 handling fee. This helps cover packaging materials, protective packing, and the time it takes our team to prepare each shipment with care.

We primarily ship via USPS and select carriers best suited for Alaska-based fulfillment. Whenever possible, we choose the most reliable and cost-effective option for your order.
