Two ingredients, a lifetime of pans.
A seasoning oil for cast iron made from just two ingredients: polymerizing safflower oil and plant-derived vitamin E. This safflower variety has the highest smoke point of any polymerizing oil and a thin viscosity, so it penetrates the metal easily and builds durable coats over time, even when applied outside oven heat. Good for seasoning new cookware or restoring an antique-shop find back to daily use. Apply a thin coat to all surfaces after washing and drying to prevent rust and fortify the surface as it's used.
