It's a fitting symbol of comeback and renewal, and in Alaska it's a familiar sight, blazing pink across cleared and burned ground every summer. Clark works as a collagist at Lil Bud Designs, mixing and remixing found visual material into pieces that pull from the past without staying stuck in it.
